Services

Every surface in the room

From a single backsplash to a full bathroom taken back to the studs.

What a job includes

All of this is in the quote. Nothing below appears later as an extra.

Substrate preparation

Floors flattened and walls checked for plumb before layout. Large-format tile will telegraph every high spot underneath it.

Waterproofing

Wet areas built as a continuous waterproof assembly — pan, curb, corners and seams — behind the tile rather than on top of it.

Layout planning

Pattern set so full tiles land where the eye goes and cuts land where it does not. Decided with you, not improvised on the day.

Cutting & detailing

Outlets, niches, window returns, mitred outside corners and stone thresholds cut to fit rather than covered with trim.

Grout & sealing

Grout colour chosen against the tile, and sealing where the material actually needs it rather than as a line item.

Cleanup & walkthrough

Room cleaned down, debris removed, and a walkthrough together before the job is called finished.

Before you get a quote

Do I need to have chosen tile first?
No. It helps to know roughly the look you are after, but the walkthrough is useful either way and layout advice is easier to give in the room than over text.
Can you work alongside other trades?
Yes. Tile usually follows plumbing and drywall and precedes finish carpentry, and we will tell you where we need to sit in the schedule so nobody is waiting.
Is heated floor worth it?
In a bathroom, most people say yes. It has to go in with the tile, so it is a decision to make before the job starts rather than a change of mind halfway through.
What about grout colour?
It changes the look more than clients expect — matching grout reads as one surface, contrasting grout shows off the pattern. We will hold samples against your tile before committing.
